My intuitive eating practice is focused on helping you find your exit ramp from diet culture and cultivate a better relationship to food and with your body.

My approach builds on the wisdom of Elyse Resch and Evelyn Tribole, my own practice, and my formal training as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Our work together will help you:

  • Learn how to reject the diet mentality

  • Learn how to ditch the scale

  • Learn that your health is about how you feel in your body, not a number on the scale

Through this practice you will:

  • Get in touch with your individual hunger signals

  • Make peace with food

  • Challenge the food police

  • Discover your own personal satisfaction factor

  • Reconnect with your fullness cues

  • Learn about the ways you might be emotionally eating

Intuitive eating is central to my body positive practice. You will learn to establish respect for your body, regardless of its size and shape. You will learn to move your body with joy, not weight loss, as the goal. And you will learn to nourish yourself with gentle nutrition. There is freedom from diets, and I want to help you find it.

I have competed the Intuitive Eating Counseling Certification with Evelyn Tribole. I offer live virtual courses, group coaching, as well as one-on-one counseling. Click on the “Book Appointment” button to find out about class offerings.
